The driver will be waiting for you at the airport at the departure of your flight or will be waiting for you at the arrival platform of your train. It will have a sign with your name on it. On the day of departure, the driver will be ready at the time and location indicated in your reservation, in the hotel lobby or in front of your residence. Please note that our drivers are aware of the time required to pick up your luggage and go through customs. We check flight schedules and adapt if there are delays. If you are traveling by train, please contact us in case of delay. You can add an additional stop to your transfer service and for any special luggage we can provide a minivan service.
