Before booking

If the destination you are looking for does not appear on the site, you can contact us to obtain a quote and make a reservation.

We do not have vehicles adapted for disabled people, but if the wheelchair is foldable, we can store it in a minivan.

We accept dogs and cats in our private transfer vehicles. They must be transported in appropriate transport cages.

  • We can provide a baby seat or booster free of charge in a Minivan in private service.
  • In other types of vehicles (sedans, estate cars, shared shuttle), you will need to bring your own baby seat or booster.

Estimated travel time to and from Charles De Gaulle airport:

  • Approximately 60 minutes depending on traffic and your arrondissement.

Estimated travel time to and from Orly airport:

  • Approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic and your arrondissment.

Estimated travel time to and from Beauvais airport:

  • Approximately 1h30 depending on traffic and your Parisian district.

If you are travelling with special luggage such as surfboards, golf clubs or a bicycle, you will need to book a minivan in private service.

  • With a private service: at least 2 hours in advance.
  • With a shared shuttle service: at least 48 hours in advance.

If you book a shuttle, you will be sharing the vehicle with other travellers. Our company only accepts two different groups of passengers in the vehicle, so that the service remains comfortable. This is an economical transport option, which means that there will be a waiting time at the airport of up to 30 minutes. The vehicle will then make stops to drop off passengers at their destination (there will be a maximum of 2 stops)

Managing my booking and payment

You can pay your transfer by:

  • Cash to the driver
  • PayPal
  • Credit card (online payment)

You can add an extra stop to your private transfer booking. To request an additional stop, you can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. We will tell you the price and add it to your booking if necessary.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 hours before your arrival or departure time.

You can update your booking by:

During my transfer

  • Private Service

This is a personalized service. The driver will be waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. He will also help you with your luggage.

  • Shared shuttle service

While waiting to collect your luggage, you can contact us by phone or Whatsapp through the airport wifi. A speaking operator will answer and direct you to the meeting point in your terminal. The driver will assist you with your luggage and drive you to your destination. Full instructions will be provided in a confirmation email.

We use a flight monitoring system.

  • Private service: In case of flight delay, we will send a vehicle according to your new arrival time.
  • Shared shuttle: You will be offered a transfer with the next available shared shuttle.

After my transfer

  • Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the vehicle.
  • If an item has been lost in the car, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can locate it and keep it safe. The driver will deliver it to your hotel or private address as soon as possible.
